The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming air-conditioned house with a swimming pool in Pontevès, with a surface area of 400 m² and capacity for up to 15 guests. It comprises a lovely 85 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, eight bathrooms and nine toilets. Sheets and towels are included, so all we need is you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A living room of 85 m² with sofas, armchairs and a fireplace (wood will be extra in the winter months) with a dining area for enjoying a good meal, Wifi internet access, TV and a washing machine.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet suitable for disabled people

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×200), one queen-size bed (160x200) TV and two en-suite bathrooms with bath and WC
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×200), two single beds (90x200), TV, two en-suite bathrooms with bath and WC
- Bedroom 3 : queen-size bed (160×200), TV, en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 4 : king-size bed (180×200), TV, en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 5 : double bed (140×200), TV, sofa, en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
- Bedroom 6 : king-size bed (180×200), TV, en-suite bathroom with bath and WC

Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 13m x 7m, equipped with an audible alarm. Available all year round.
- A 70 m² terrace around the pool with sun loungers and parasols. It is equipped with a range of outdoor furniture to make the most of fine weather.
- A 30 m² terrace in front of the bay window and under a shady arbour, equipped with small tables and garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

For added comfort: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Pontevès, in a very pleasant setting for enjoying the peace and quiet of the historic village just a few minutes' walk away. You'll be able to sample the produce of the renowned winegrowing estates in the surrounding area, and visit a number of villages that have been classified as villages of character. Grocery shops, bread shops, bistros and restaurants (on site or to take away) are all close by.

- You can park directly in the house's private car park. Accessible to all types of vehicles. There is space for around fifteen vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Aix-en-Provence, 78km away (about 1 hour by car).
- Nearest airport: Marseille 89km away (approx. 1h10 by car).

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free Wifi available.
- The fireplace in the living room is functional. Wood will be extra in the winter months.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The garden and the small terrace overlooking it are not part of the house.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
