The House is located in the Sables Blancs district, a privileged area of Concarneau. 300 metres from the popular White Sands Beach, 200 metres from the Green Lane and many hiking trails and just 400 metres from Thalassotherapy, this is an ideal location for a vacation with family or friends.



The accommodation :



With all the simplicity, " Hortense " is a refined and functional house. It is composed of an entrance serving a bright living space, equipped with a large dining table and a sitting area with TV and WiFi that will allow you to share good times with family or friends.

The kitchen, functional (with a filter coffee machine), gives you direct access to the garden. Facing west, it will make you enjoy the rays of Breton sunshine, which is very nice to relax after a busy day of discovery.



A secure access, will allow you to access a large basement where you can store your provisions and your equipment (bikes, scooters, kayak...), it will also give you access to a washing machine during your stay.



A bedroom, a toilet and a bathroom complete this set on the ground floor.



The floor is composed of a bathroom and three bedrooms each as spacious as the other, one of which will give you a nice view of the ocean.



Access to the house allows parking a vehicle, in addition, many parking spaces are available in the vicinity.
