In a lovely, quiet, and green residence with a communal swimming pool (open July and August), located a 3-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the town center.

This comfortable studio apartment, located on the ground floor, comprises a living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed (140cm), a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds, a shower room with toilet, and a terrace overlooking the residence's garden. Towels and linens are available for rent upon request (payable on site). Cleaning is optional and available for an additional fee.
Pets are not allowed.

Amenities include: private parking space number 340, washing machine, TV, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, swimming pool, pétanque court, and proximity to the beach.
Swimming pool opening dates:

- June 10 to June 24, 2023; Sunday to Saturday, 2 pm to 7 pm
- June 25 to September 3, 2023; Sunday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (closed Saturday morning)
- From September 4th to September 10th, 2023; Sunday to Saturday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Keys are handed over at the agency, 5.3 km or a 6-minute drive from the apartment.

Palavas-les-Flots is a charming seaside resort located in the Occitanie region, in the south of France. Nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the ponds, it is famous for its long fine sandy beaches, its marina, its lively seaside promenade, its funfair, its arenas and all the activities that are offered in the village.
The good: ideally located in a quiet residence with communal swimming pool. The beach and the port are a few minutes walk from the residence. Access to the main Palavas road is very close.
