Our house is equipped with a beautiful terrace and a garden, offering you an outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sun. You will also benefit from outdoor parking in the same building, for easy and convenient parking.



Located only less than a km from the city and the supermarket, you will have all the amenities at your fingertips. The large sandy beach is just 900m away, allowing you to enjoy the ocean and the sun.



Our house is located in an ideal area for families and in the urban area, which will allow you to easily discover the wonders of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and its surroundings.



It consists of a living room with an American kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, a bedroom (bed 140), a bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, a large bedroom with 2 benches type BZ and a bed 90. For barbecue evenings, guests can enjoy the garden furniture, the large terrace and the barbecue.
