Located facing the sea, just steps from the town center and the Villers-sur-Mer Casino, in a villa with a completely renovated exterior (summer 2025, painting and flooring work in the common areas has been approved), this lovely, fully equipped apartment comprises:

A spacious living room with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV, an open-plan kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, and dishwasher.

A bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

A parking space is available within the residence.

Linens (sheets, towels, tablecloths, and tea towels) are not provided. Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment at the end of their stay.

An optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available for €60 (including VAT).
