The kitchenette, equipped with a small refrigerator, two electric hobs, and a range hood, allows you to prepare meals with ease. The south-facing living area includes a dining area, a small television, and a 140 cm sofa bed. Electric shutters are also provided.
The covered balcony of approximately 6.50 m², furnished with outdoor furniture, offers a pleasant outdoor space facing south and overlooking the greenery.

This easy-to-maintain apartment, with its hardwood floors, is bright and offers privacy. It boasts an excellent location: the Casino supermarket is 200 meters away, and the town center is 400 meters away, all within a quiet neighborhood.
