The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Sainte-Maxime, this charming air-conditioned house with sea view, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accommodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 18 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 60 m² as well as a terrace and a balcony. We are waiting for you !

The housing is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 18 m² with TV, Wi-Fi included, sofa and armchairs.
- An open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, hotplates, coffee maker, Sodastream, kitchen aid machine...
- A veranda with a dining area.
- Separate toilet.
On the 1st floor :
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
- Bedroom 1: 1 pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a balcony with sea view.
On the second floor
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a sea view.
- A bathroom with shower and WC.

For even more comfort: barbecue, washing machine, cot, high hair, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden, private, of about 60 m² with a terrace on which you will have furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A balcony on the 1st floor, accessible from bedroom 2.

The house is ideally located in Sainte-Maxime, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
