Nice studio cabin on the 2nd floor consisting of a bright living room with sofa bed 140cm and tv overlooking a closed loggia and a balcony with open views of the Park, a kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, hob),at the entrance a cabin with bunk beds in 90cm, bathroom with a toilet. 1km from the city center and 200m from the beach and the Seaquarium. At your disposal, a small storage box (for bikes, scooter, scooter, beach business..). Furnished and equipped for 4/5 people.

- Bed linen kit: €15/bed (2 flat sheets + 2 pillowcases)
- Duvet cover kit: €20/bed (1 flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
- Towel kit: 7€ / Person
- Household: 66€ P2 (Free of pet hair)

Two separate security checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (400€ deposit for the apartment and 100€ deposit household), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
The handing over of keys is done in branch.
