With a surface area of 100 m², this bright home can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. It features a lovely 45 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with a single bed) located upstairs, a relaxation area with a sofa bed, a shower room with individual sink, and 2 separate toilets. You can also enjoy a beautiful private, tree-filled garden, gas BBQ/plancha, outdoor furniture, and a table for 8 people for al fresco dining.

Cleaning is included in the rental, and premium 4-star hotel-quality linens are provided (sheets, bath towels, tea towels). As always with Cocoonr, your home is ready to live in: beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided, and Wi-Fi is included in the price of your booking. To get you started, we also provide a few coffee capsules, tea, sugar, basic pantry items (salt, pepper, vinegar), and cleaning products.
