The apartment is composed of an entrance directly serving the large living room with double bay windows and two convertible sofas to transform the living room into an extra bedroom for 4 people,
an independent and fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dishwasher),
a shower room with toilet (+ guest toilet)
as well as a double bedroom with wardrobe.

The apartment also offers plenty of storage space, cupboards, wardrobes and a laundry room.

All equipped with double glazing, air conditioning and a parking space in the basement.

##Neighborhood

You just have to cross the road to be on the "Bocca Cabana" promenade and the sandy beach.
Going further on your left you will arrive at the old port and the suquet of Cannes and therefore at the start of the famous Croisette.
By turning on your right you will arrive at the very pretty seaside of Mandelieu La Napoule, so you can visit the Château de la Napoule.
The Château de La Napoule houses and preserves the cultural and historical heritage of Henry and Marie Clews, a couple of American artist-patrons. Dedicated to promoting the arts and international cultural exchange, the Clews Center for the Arts works to support and inspire the talent and artistic creation so needed in today's world.
You can discover after Mandelieu, the Trayas.
The trayas is located on the coast between Mandelieu la Napoule and the town center of Saint Raphaël, it is an ideal place to enjoy the wild nature, including the most beautiful coves, ideal for snorkeling, while admiring the vegetation Mediterranean and the red lands of the Esterel.


Midi Beach is located after the port of Cannes going towards Mandelieu la Napoule. These public sandy beaches extend to the beaches of Cannes de la Bocca with a magnificent view of the Estérel. Less crowded than the beaches of the Croisette, these beaches are family-friendly and offer a beautiful view of the Lérins islands. There are also private beaches with restaurants and a beach volleyball court.
Come and put your bags down, all you have to do is cross the road to enjoy the Mediterranean.

## Transit

Buses pass not far from the residence and will take you in less than 20 minutes to the train and bus station.
