For your next stay, we offer you our holiday house, rated 3 stars as a furnished tourism accommodation. It is a single-story home, located less than 300 meters from Richelieu Beach and the shops.

This independent, air-conditioned, newly renovated property is equipped for your utmost comfort and is ideal for 4 people.

Outdoor area:
You will enjoy the large garden (about 35m²), the outdoor dining area, the charcoal barbecue, and the garden furniture. Everything is set up to make the most of the beautiful days after the beach.

Indoor area:

A living area with a large sliding glass door, featuring a "Rapido" sofa bed (with an 18 cm thick mattress for extra comfort) that sleeps 2, and a TV unit with a flat-screen TV.
A brand-new American-style kitchen, very well equipped (microwave oven, ceramic cooktop, extractor hood, a large fridge-freezer, kitchen essentials, Tassimo coffee maker, a bar and 4 stools, etc.)
A bedroom with a closet and a 140 cm bed.
A lovely bathroom with an Italian-style shower and a washing machine.
A separate toilet.
Reversible air conditioning.
Wifi.

A bike storage area.
Please note that bed linens, towels, and dish towels are not included. However, they can be rented from our concierge service. Mattress protectors, duvets, and pillows are provided.

Regarding pets, please make a request and let me know the breed of your dog.

A welcome kit will be available upon your arrival (toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning products, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, Tassimo coffee capsules, charcoal for the BBQ, etc.).
