The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Bénodet, this charming apartment renovated in 2023, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 46 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 21 m², an equipped kitchen, a shower room and a balcony. We are waiting for you!

The southwest facing apartment is composed as follows:
- A living room of 21 m² with TV, sofa, dining area, a first night corner of 8 m² separated by a fixed wooden partition with a double bed (140×200). A second night corner separated by a high furniture with two single beds (90×200), which can be twinned.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates (new household appliances)...
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A balcony of about 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet in the center, in a very pleasant environment near the beaches and the marina. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Thalasso or golf ? Swimming or cycling ? Restaurant or barbecue ? Discovery or relaxation? All possibilities are at your disposal. At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you.
You can enjoy active vacations or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort on the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the coveted "tourist resort" classification.
10 km from Quimper, City of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls.
The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénan archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters. At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the west winds and the big swells of the open sea.

Transportation :
- You will be able to park directly on the numbered private parking lot of the apartment (1 city type vehicle). This car park is equipped with an electric barrier controlled by a code and a remote.
- Bus: Bus stop of the line 41 coming from Quimper at 3 minutes on foot.
- Nearest train station : Quimper (20 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud (50 minutes by car) or Quimper (18 minutes)

- Bed linen and towels are not included.
- Household appliances were changed in 2024 / early 2025
- The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot). Price : 50 €.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A closed bicycle room is located in the residence.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
