The equipped kitchenette includes two electric hobs, a fridge-freezer, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a washing machine. There is a shower room with a toilet. The bedroom has a double bed (140cm), a fabric wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Upstairs, the mezzanine has two single beds (90cm), a TV, and a chest of drawers. Ironing facilities, a clothes rack, and a vacuum cleaner are also provided. Secure parking space #18 is included. The area is quiet and pedestrianized, close to the pontoons, the beach (approximately 400m), and the Capellans shopping center. SMALL PETS WELCOME.
