Come discover our ideal home for a family vacation, with over 50 km of cycle paths, close to the La Palmyre Golf Course and Royan, and the water sports center with its various activities (windsurfing, wing foiling, paddleboarding, canoeing, catamaran, kitesurfing, etc.).
The beaches of the Côte Sauvage are bordered by cycle paths, and surfing beaches with food trucks.
Our home features a private, non-shared 8 x 4 heated swimming pool (from June 1 to September 30) on a wooden deck with shade sails.
The main room, the open-plan kitchen, and the master bedroom directly overlook the pool.
It offers a surface area of ​​120 m² plus a garage and two parking spaces.
The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, and a hairdryer.
We provide bed linens, towels, and cleaning products for the kitchen and dishwasher.
The house is fully equipped: pyrolytic oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer, freezer, and Nespresso machine.
All bedrooms have closets and free Wi-Fi.
For young children, a travel cot, high chair, booster seat, and baby bath are available upon request.
