The house sleeps 8, with a master bedroom on the ground floor (with bathroom) and the other three on the 1st floor (all four with A-C).

The village, port and beaches are only 3/5 minutes away by car, and 10 minutes walking as it's also easy to get down to the St Jean village, port and Les Fosses beach via the Montée du Cap (staircase), very close from the villa.
It's up to you to discover the treasures of Saint Jean by visiting the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, or take the seaside path around the peninsula...or go for a swim at the famous Paloma or Passable beaches!
Saint Jean Cap Ferrat is only 20 minutes drive from Nice and 30 minutes from Monaco, and 10 minutes from the beautiful village of Villefranche sur mer.

The house is equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a garage and space to park two other cars.
