`Hello, we are renting our holiday home located in the Lacanau Lake port area.
On the 2nd line on the Lake and in the heart of an islet of pines, our house and its 1500m² garden are located in the middle of the pines with a lovely view of the lake from the living room and the terrace. Ideal for children!
The lake beach is at the bottom of the house (Paddle, kite surf and wakeboard rental) and the cycle path that goes around the Lacanau lake is 200m from the house.
4 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms, a children's bedroom with bunk bed and 1 single bed and another with 2 single beds and 1 baby bed. 1 Bathroom and an outdoor shower.

On one level, all the rooms of the house are accessible by French windows with shutters. Each one is independent! The garden and the terrace are facing South-West, bliss in spring and summer.
A small expanse of grass and many shaded corners (with hammock in the trees and deckchairs) will allow you to relax in the garden.

- fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and everything you need to cook, entertain. 2 full sets of dishes for 12 people.

- 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in 90 and a cot.

- 1 outdoor table for 10 people, 1 outdoor table for 6 people, 1 outdoor table for 8 people, 3 deckchairs, 6 outdoor armchairs.
- A large garden of 1500m², very wooded with outdoor shower.
- Private access to 2 tennis courts, as well as a beach volleyball court 3 minutes walk from the house.

SURROUNDINGS
Lacanau market on Saturday mornings (local producers, oyster tasting, etc.) 5 minutes by bike from Lacanau city center: Butcher's shop, 2 greengrocers, 3 bakeries, cheese shop, So-Bio supermarket, fishmonger, pizzeria and 3 restaurants.
3 minutes by car from Super U Lacanau.
Aperitif hut on the port of the Lake, 3 minutes along the Lake on foot.
Restaurant la Bicyclette jaune 5 minutes on foot along the Lake

Currently available for weekly rental only from June 29 to August 3, and from August 24 to August 31
