It has a large 50 m2 terrace, private parking and a charging point for electric cars. With a surface area of 70 m², it can accommodate up to 5 travellers. It comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 970 m². Two bicycles are also available for exploring the magnificent coastline. The accommodation comprises

- Bedroom 1: King-size bed (180×200) and single sofa bed
- Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds + one pull-out bed, bed linen and towels included
- Shower room with walk-in shower
- Separate WC

For added convenience: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- Large enclosed sloping garden. Some steep parts of the garden are not accessible to children.
- 50 m² terrace with sea and cliff views. Barbecue and outdoor furniture available in summer.

The house is ideally located in Le Tréport, in a very pleasant setting. Situated on the heights of the town and 100 m from the free funicular that takes you to the beach in just 3 minutes, you'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc. You can also get to the centre of the village on foot, via a series of steps (10-minute walk downhill) that give you a breathtaking view of the coastline.
