In the heart of the Sancy massif, in a quiet and peaceful hamlet of producers of St Nectaire in the medieval village of Besse, this exposed stone house offers on the ground floor: kitchen with dining room, living room with stove, mezzanine with reading corner and baby- football, a separate toilet and utility room. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom for 2 people (160x200 bed) and 1 bedroom for 3 people (1 160x200 bed and 1 90x200 bed). On the 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms for 3 people (1 160x200 bed and 1 90x200 bed on the mezzanine). All rooms are equipped with their private bathroom and WC. Linens provided. 800m² of land.
