Located 15 minutes from the center of La Londe-Les-Maures, 16 minutes from Argentière Beach, 20 minutes from L'Estagnol Beach, the beaches of Hyères, Toulon-Hyères Airport, and the embarkation point for the Golden Isles (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Levant). Numerous activities are available, including golf, wine tours, cultural outings, hiking, horseback riding, island visits, boat rentals, jet skiing, cycling, kayaking, paddleboarding, kite lessons, wing-foiling, windsurfing, and diving.

Fully air-conditioned, it consists of a spacious dining area with a beautiful fully equipped open kitchen. In its extension, a cozy living space, all opening onto a huge terrace with sea and pool views. A mezzanine offering a reading and relaxation area and an office equipped with high-speed internet/fiber.

Sleeping area:
On level 1, a first independent bedroom with a double bed (140*200), television, terrace, bathroom, and toilet.
On the main level, three double bedrooms:
A master suite with a Kingsize bed (180*200), a television, a large dressing room, and a superb private bathroom/shower.
Two bedrooms with Queensize beds (160*200), all opening onto south-facing terraces with sea views, a bathroom and shower, a toilet.

At your disposal, a secure double garage, parking is also possible outside the villa, which is located in a dead end.

The pool (12.59x2.85m) is heated and maintained at 25 degrees/safety cover/chlorine treatment. Regular weekly maintenance.

To be paid on-site: Security deposit 2500€ (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to the current rate).

Bed linen provided and beds prepared upon arrival, bath linen provided, weekly cleaning and end-of-stay cleaning included.

Optional: Possibility of additional cleaning and linen change during the stay, at an additional cost.
