On the ground floor, you will find a living room furnished with a sofa bed and TV overlooking the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen area (ceramic hob, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster); a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

In the garage, you will find a 7kg washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Upon the mezzanine, there is a second bedroom furnished with two single beds (90x190cm) with storage and heating, followed by a sofa bed (140x190cm) and a second separate toilet.
