About This Property
Very nice apartment renovated in the summer of 2022, in flexible, located on the 12th and last floor of the Malinka residence. South-east facing balcony with magnificent views of the valley and the mountains.
Ideal for 6 people but can accommodate up to 8 people.
Entrance with storage.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room. It includes induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, traditional oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. It also has a washer-dryer.
Connected TV in the living room.
You will find on the same level, a shower room with wc.
On the lower level are the bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and numerous storage cupboards.
Sleeps (lower level):
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) - connected TV
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 alcove separated by curtains with 1 double bed (140x1190)
- The living room with 2 single sofa beds
Fiber internet access. (The Selectis agency disclaims all liability in the event of failure, cut or breakdown of the television network and internet network independent of the agency)
Ski locker in the residence.
Non-smoking apartment.
Small pets are welcome.
WINTER: Bed linen and towels delivered to your apartment and end-of-stay cleaning included.
SUMMER: End of stay cleaning included. Bed linen (sheets) and towels not included (optional services).
