200m from the main beach in Les Sables d'Olonne, charming little town house in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to all amenities (laundromat, supermarket, bakery, etc.) with a small terrace where you can eat, and a stone's throw from the Arago market.

Free parking is available nearby at the Musée des Beaux Arts parking lot.

Accommodation on 3 levels, renovated and rented out this year. Linen not included. Low-ceilinged house, not suitable for children under 3 (stairs/mezzanine).

House comprises :
- a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed on the mezzanine floor
- ground floor: 11m² living room with sofa bed, small sofa, 80cm TV and 80x80 fold-out table, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (capsules and filter), kettle, fridge), bright bathroom with toilet and large shower.
- in the souplex, two rooms, an open space with a futon sofa offering an additional 140cmx190cm bed, a heater, a toilet, a closed bedroom with two 70x190cm beds that can be glued together to create a 140x190cm bed. The souplex has two windows with shutters.
- a terrace with two tables and parasol for outdoor dining (opened terrace).

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2/3 children.

A key box provides independent access to the apartment, making it easy to get to the beach without having to take the keys with you.

The location of the accommodation means that everything can be done on foot or by rental bike (there are many cycle paths in Les Sables d'Olonne).

The "Pétales de Roses" ice-cream parlour is a 5-minute walk away (we recommend it!), as are numerous restaurants.
