Practical Information and Booking Conditions
We want to be transparent about the conditions of your stay:
A €500 security deposit is required upon arrival (payment by card), refundable 7 days after your departure, provided no damage has been found.
Air conditioning is included in the rooms only. A flat rate of €30 per week is included upon arrival. Beyond this flat rate, you will pay for your usage (average cost: €1 per hour of use).
Pets: One medium-sized pet is accepted with prior agreement from us. A fee of €50 per pet applies.
Long-Term Rentals: For stays longer than 28 days, electricity costs are charged separately at a rate of €0.35/kWh.
Minimum Age: Please note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
