Located in the Le Grand Pavois residence, in the heart of Carcans Maubuisson, this apartment is ideal for family holidays by the lake. Its privileged location allows you to fully enjoy all water activities, developed beaches, and the lively centre, all accessible on foot. The lake is just 150 metres away, shops are 50 metres away, while the Atlantic Ocean is approximately 5 km away.



The apartment, on one level, is located on the ground floor of the residence, which makes it convenient and easy to live in for family stays.



The living room, pleasant and functional, is fitted out with a table and chairs, a sofa and a television. It constitutes a friendly space to relax after a day at the lake or the ocean.



The kitchen area, integrated into the living room, is well-equipped and features a sink, an induction hob, a microwave/oven combination, a dishwasher, a washing machine, storage cupboards, as well as the crockery and utensils necessary for a fully autonomous stay.



The night space consists of two bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed of 140 cm and a wardrobe with a hanging rail. The second has two single beds of 90 cm and a wardrobe with a hanging rail, offering an ideal configuration for children.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin, and the toilet is separate.



The balcony, accessible from the living room, is fitted with garden furniture and allows you to enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors.



The apartment also has a private parking space and an individual closed bicycle storage room, a real asset for discovering Carcans Maubuisson, the lake and the surrounding cycle paths.
