GOLDIE FRANCE RIVIERA is a nice air-conditioned apartment in a well-maintained building with elevator. It is ideally located a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches. The tramway stop "Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen", 2 stops from the hyper center is at the foot of the building. This tramway has a direct line to the airport.



Heating/Cooling: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
