It is comfortably equipped and includes :
On the ground floor, a large living room with a corner bench seat, opening onto the patio, a new fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob and dishwasher.
A small bathroom with washbasin and WC. A new washing machine is available.

The Lounge opens onto the Terrace, which offers an outdoor shower and BBQ, as well as a private patio with plenty of shade and flowers.


Upstairs, you'll find :
An air-conditioned bedroom, furnished with a 140*200 cm bed.
A second air-conditioned bedroom with a 90*200 cm bed superimposed on a 140*190 cm bed.
A shower room with walk-in shower and washbasin.
There is also a second separate WC.
🛌 household linen (sheets, 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person, bath mat, 3 tea towels), and beds made on arrival are not included in the price, and are bookable (25€/pers)

✨ Cleaning at the end✨ of your stay is compulsory and will be paid for on site (80€)
