Our detached chalet can accommodate up to 8 people. With a surface area of 90m², it has 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, a living area with an open-plan kitchen and a ski storage room: ideal for families or groups of friends.
Very bright and south-facing, it enjoys unobstructed views of the valley, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Located in a quiet residential area, it is ideally situated for recharging your batteries and enjoying the unobstructed views of the valley.
The chalet comprises:
- Ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, separate WC with washing machine, ski storage room. - Ground floor: open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge-freezer) with dining-living area, television, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and WC.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with bath and toilet.
- Outside: Balcony on the ground floor and upstairs, parking space for 4 cars

Beautiful view of the mountains, south-west facing balconies. On the edge of the village, 1000m from the centre of Chatel (10 min walk), bus stop 50m away.
A brand new outdoor JACUZZI has just been installed so you can enjoy the exceptional view of the mountains and the village of Chatel and relax after a day of sport/skiing.
