It is located on the ground floor of the residence and is ideal for spending a holiday with friends or family. It will allow you to relax while enjoying the swimming pool and superb walks at the Ponant. (Access to the swimming pool provided the sanitary conditions allow the pool to be opened). The Agency is relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a decision by the resident trustee or competent authorities to close the basins. No refund or compensation can then be claimed). Located 2 steps from the Golf and the pretty port, this functional and well equipped apartment ensures you have a pleasant stay just minutes from the beach and shops. With an area of 34m2, it can easily accommodate up to 4 people. It has in the living room a click-clac, in the bedroom a double bed in 160 and for the cabin 2 single beds suppered, not suitable for children under 6 years (– Article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995). The bathroom is equipped with a bath with a washing machine and the toilet is separated. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace on the ground floor and features a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals including a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, etc. Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. A deposit of € 150 for the household and € 500 for the accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival (sumes not collected or debited, as a guarantee). A 2 steps from the residence will allow you to park your car. As far as the swimming pool is concerned, it will be open subject to sanitary conditions.
