Located on the second floor of a recent residence with a lift, it offers a direct view of the ocean and immediate access to the beach. Shops, restaurants and entertainment in the centre are within walking distance, while Lacanau Lake is approximately 5 km away.



Very bright, this accommodation for 4 people is ideal for a seaside stay, combining comfort and practicality. The living area consists of a pleasant lounge space with a corner sofa, armchair and television, open to a modern and fully equipped kitchen. It has induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and all the necessary equipment for cooking during the holidays.



The apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed in 160 cm with wardrobe and closet, the second with two single beds in 90 cm with wardrobe. A bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin as well as independent toilets complete the interior space. A utility room with washing machine is also available.



The true asset of this property lies in its outdoor spaces. The living room opens onto a balcony with an ocean view, fitted with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying sunsets and sea air. A second balcony, accessible from the bedrooms, brings even more brightness and comfort.
