The Atlantic Ocean beaches are about 3 kilometres away, while Lacanau Lake is 5 kilometres away and shops are 4 kilometres away.



The house, fully equipped to accommodate four people, opens onto a bright living space including a comfortable living room with a sofa and television, as well as an open kitchen designed to facilitate meals with complete independence. The dining area is integrated into the main room, offering a friendly setting to share moments with family or friends.



The night area consists of a room with bunk beds, ideal for children, as well as an open mezzanine accessible by a Japanese-style staircase, which provides access to the terrace and accommodates a double bed. The bathroom, equipped with a shower and a bathtub, offers appreciable comfort for a holiday stay, while the toilets are separate.
