- A renovated and well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, cooking plates, microwave, oven) with a dining area.

- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

- Two bright bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm).

- A discreet terrace, sheltered from view, perfect for meals or moments of relaxation.



Located in a quiet little street, just a stone's throw from the bustling city center, this house is ideal for a stay as a couple, with family, or among friends.
