## Neighborhood

Enjoy the beautiful beach in 10 walking distance from the residence as well as the Mediterranean sun: you will be in the ideal location to enjoy the sea air while staying next to the city centre! Close to all amenities, you can visit the famous places of the city: the Old Antibes, the museums (including the Archaeology Museum and the Picasso Museum), the Vauban port, the Fort Carré, Juan-les-Pins, the beaches and other attractions... Finally, it will only take you 10 min by car to reach the Marineland water park and about 30 min by car to reach Nice or Cannes.
