Welcome to the Chartreux, a charming residential hamlet in Tignes Val Claret. You will spend peaceful holidays in a preserved and natural environment, rare in Tignes. Close to the Tignes lake and near to Tignes Val Claret shops and restaurants, this duplex provides an enchanting setting ideal to relax after skiing. Renovated in 2022, it offers very nice benefits in a vintage atmosphere. With family or friends, the condo will comfortably host up to 6 people. Change of scenery guaranteed.

LOCATION : Great and quiet location in Tignes Val Claret (2100m altitude). Tignes Val Claret shops and restaurants are less than 0,2 mile walk.
In winter, ski-in is possible and access to either Val Claret or Tignes le Lac snow fronts is very fast thanks to the free shuttle which the stop "CHARTREUX" is only 170 ft away from the residence. The hamlet is also the perfect place to go sledding and have some fun (many sledges are available at the apartment).
In summer, you will love this green setting, close to the lac boardwalk and the departure of the highest 18-hole golf course of Europe. Self-service e-scooters are available next to the residence thanks to the Dott app.

THE APARTMENT : Renovated in 2022, it offers very nice benefits in a vintage atmosphere. With family or friends, the condo will comfortably host up to 6 people.
This 3 rooms condo of 540 sq/ft plus an attic is located on the top floor of a small residence Les Volnets. The duplex is very pleasant to live thanks to its high ceilings. It offers 3 bedrooms, one located in the attic which will give you the feeling of being in a tree house.
Warm and bright, it has amazing views on surrounding mountains and its balcony is ideal for enjoying a drink or relaxing in the sun. Change of scenery guaranteed!

ATTIC ROOM : Double bed, shelves. Attic of 5,25 ft high, accessible by a ladder.

BATHROOM : bath shower, washer-dryer, hair dryer.

PRIVATE OUTDOOR (locked) : bench and shelves for your shoes and ski boots, severa sledges, 2 pairs of snowshoes.

SKI LOCKER : private and locked, located at the residence ground level.


PARKING : Tignes is a car free resort during the week in winter. You can unload/load for a while your car on the Chartreux car park in front of the Volnets residence. But during your stay, you have to book a place in one of the following park lots : Golf or Grande Motte. It is necessary to do it very early on the Tignes website or App (Tignes car parks are quickly full).
During summertime, you can park your car on the Chartreux car park. All Tignes car parks are free.
