Gîte "La roche sublime"
This triplex apartment interprets in a modern way the life in Provence.
Access is via an approx. 40 metre long footpath and is somewhat steep.

WiFi internet access (fiber optic) throughout the house, garden and pool.
We also live on the property sometimes (west side, separate entrance) and offer tables d'hôtes and wine tastings.
Our two dogs are medium sized and friendly.
If you like cycling or hiking, discovering the most beautiful villages of Provence, driving along the wine route or just relaxing by the pool, Mas du Sommelier is the ideal place for you.
Hikers, cyclists, walkers who dream of comfort and conviviality.....
Dining terraces with barbecue, a beautiful pool with spacious terrace on two levels, enclosed by walls and beautiful fences in forged metal that meet safety standards. Numerous deck chairs and large park to rest.
Swing, pétanque field and table tennis table.
The location is very quiet and yet all kinds of excursions are nearby: lively culture with festivals in Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine, Gordes, L'isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Pernes-les-Fontaines and many other villages. Artists' exhibitions, typical and colorful markets, flea markets... History and archaeology with e.g. the Papal Palace and the Bridge of Avignon, the Roman Bridge of Gard, the Cistercian Abbey of Sénanque and very many other sights in the vicinity.
Wonderful possibilities for walks or hikes on foot or by bike in the mountains of the Vaucluse, starting on foot from the Mas du Sommelier, but also the Mont Ventoux, the Luberon, the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Alpilles are not far.
You can also just relax in the idyllic garden and enjoy the vastness of the cool and pleasant house.

PS: It is a very large house with a lot of surroundings and facilities and partly unpredictable works. First priority for us is that arriving guests find everything in perfect condition, so check-in and check-out times are unfortunately as they are.
However, if you wish, we can try to adjust these times for you (at extra fee for additional staff).
Interaction with guests:
Julia & Pier are available to guests on site in person or by phone. Be it because you forgot to buy something, need excursion or restaurant tips, want to benefit from a wine tasting or a table d'hôtes.
