## THE APARTMENT

Beautiful flat entirely renovated in the heart of Bordeaux, located at a prestigious address of the Golden Triangle.
Come and settle in this cosy and welcoming flat, nicely decorated in an urban and friendly atmosphere, organized around a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs, two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and storage space, the other with a double sofa bed. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, washbasin and towel rail. Coordinated and warm furnishings.
1 master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom, a bathroom and a separate WC. Reversible air conditioning.
A cot can be provided at a cost of €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair.


## DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €350 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card.
Within 2 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.


## EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m, any late arrival is subject to additional charges.


## THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Located in the chic, attractive and pleasant district of Bordeaux in the heart of the Golden Triangle, you will have access to luxury shops, Michelin-starred restaurants and traditional brasseries such as Le Noailles, tourist activities, art museums such as the Bordeaux Museum of Fine Arts, the public garden, the Place de la Bourse, all within walking distance!

On the one hand, the district is delimited by the Cours Georges Clémenceau and the Place Tourny, the famous Golden Triangle with the Place de la Comédie, the Place des Quinconces and the Grand Théâtre. The Place des Grands Hommes, a neo-classical district, reflects the new vision of urban planning after the French Revolution.

On the other side are the town hall (the impressive Palais Rohan), the Saint-André cathedral and the Pey-Berland Tower, a bell tower topped by a gilded bronze statue of the Lady of Aquitaine.


## ACCESS

From Mérignac airport
Take tram A or bus 1 from Mérignac Airport station to Gambetta Mériadeck station then walk 12 minutes.

From Saint Jean station
Take tram C from Saint Jean station to Quinconces station then walk 4 minutes.

To park your car, street parking is free only between 7 pm and 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.

The flat does not have a car park, the public car park "Clémenceau-Auditorium" is located 50 meters from the flat. One day's parking will cost you €22.
