This nice apartment is located at the heart of the famous Brotteaux neighborhood close to all amenities. You will be able to enjoy the area charming restaurants (Le Splendide, La Casa Vito Morreale or Le Mima), the numerous animated bars such as Le Barabaar, L'Artchimiste or L'Horloge, or the many shops and cinemas of the neighborhood or the Part-Dieu. You will also find the historic Brotteaux station square 60m away, the Parc de la Tête d'Or entrance 500m away, the Part-Dieu train station and mall 700m away and the Rhône river banks 1,2 km away.
