In addition to the rent, the following charges will be billed:

Water: 2.0 Euros/m3 Electricity: 0.20 €/kW (except from June to September)

Cleaning on departure: 50 Euros (compulsory)

Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 € per single bed

Towels on request: 5 € / person

A deposit of 300 € is required for the rental.

During the 2 summer months, we prefer to rent for 2 weeks or more.
