On the ground floor there is a living room with access to a terrace with garden furniture and awning, connecting to the private garden with direct access to the beach, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, with access to a rear patio with outdoor shower, from where you can reach the street and a nearby playground. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and balcony with sea views, and two more with one single bed and a fold-out bed in each, plus a full bathroom with bathtub. The top floor offers a room with a double sofa bed, private bathroom, and a spacious terrace with fantastic sea views, perfect for relaxing. The house has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, as well as a metal barbecue, and due to its layout and capacity it is ideal for one or two families. Reservations are not accepted for groups of young people aged 16–26.
