Everyone likes the Appio Latino neighborhood. It is central, served by the main subway line and with its typical stores and restaurants, green parks and relaxed atmosphere rich in history (catacombs from the first century A.D.) offers our guests a full immersion in Italian and Rome culture.

The house is spotlessly clean and welcoming. It can accomodate up five people.
A 15-square-meter sunny balcony, equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and awnings, will allow you to eat outside. This is one of the strengths of our house.

In front of the wall map of Rome, we will show you how to quickly reach every tourist attraction. The wall map will also become a very useful tool for you to plan your visits. If you want to know about typical restaurants for local people, we will point out the two or three best addresses for quality and price.

The subway station is around the block (three-minute walk or less).
It will be very easy to visit everything else in central Rome (Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Vatican City, Vatican Museum).
