There is a garage and access to the flat is via a funicular/ or stairs and a lift afterwards. (It is recommended for people in good physical condition).

The flat comprises a living room with a double sofa bed, a large bedroom with a sea view, a shower room and a terrace with a full sea view.
A car or use of public transport is essential for shopping (approx. 10 minutes) or going out.
