Bedroom 4 (Level +1/ 10m²/ South): 2 single beds (2x 90cm)

Living space (Level 0/ 32m²/ South):
- Open kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob (3 burners)
- Living room: television,WiFi
Bathroom (Level +1/ 11m²): sink, bath, hairdryer and WC.
Shower room (Level 0/ 3m²/ in bedroom 1): sink and shower. Independent WC (Level 0)
Laundry room (Level 0/10m²): washing machine, dryer, ski locker and boot dryer.

SERVICES/OBSERVATIONS:
Animals accepted (after agreement with the owner, if the animal does not stay alone in the chalet). Bed linen provided. Beds made on arrival. Towels not included (rental possible.). End of stay cleaning not included. Baby kit available: bed,high chair, changing table, deckchair and stroller. Ski locker / Bicycle storage.
Balcony (South/living room) + 2 balconies (bedroom 1 and 3) + Garden (300m²) with garden furniture and games in summer (swing, trampoline, deckchair, stone BBQ).
2 private parking spaces + 2 covered garage spaces. Charging station for electric vehicles (extra charge).

DEPOSIT: 2 deposits: €1000 (in the event of damage) + €300 (in the event of cleaning not done).

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

WINTER : Chalet situated in hamlet Le Moulin Benjamin, at 900m from Valloire centre and 250m from the Moulin Benjamin ski lift and ESF ski school. Ski rental, small shop at 130m. Paying shuttle service nearby (250m towards the center of Valloire and Les Verneys / 110m towards Les Serroz and Les Clots).

SUMMER : In chalet situated in hamlet Le Moulin Benjamin, at 900m from Valloire centre & shops, at 1.3km from the leisure complex (swimming pool, ice rink, wellness centre).
