The apartment has a living room, one kitchen, one bathroom and three bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two single beds and the third one with a bunk bed for two people). There are ceiling fans in the dining room and in the three bedrooms. The terrace, with garden furniture, has a view to the shared garden and pool. The price includes a private parking space in the underground parking of the complex. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
