Rue Fondaudège is a very commercial street in which all supplies are easy and the apartment is 200 m from the nearest Fondaudège-Muséum tram station.
It has an entrance with cloakroom, a fully equipped open kitchen lit by a skylight opening onto a dining area, a comfortable living room opening onto a small private garden of 30 m2, enclosed and shaded with garden furniture, a bathroom with large shower , a separate toilet, a bedroom lit by a skylight equipped with a large dressing room and two 0.80 m beds that can be joined together for a 1.60 m bed, a second bedroom overlooking the garden with a 1 bed .60 m and an office space with computer sockets.

This apartment has been available since August 6, 2022. We have completely renovated and decorated it ourselves and we continue to add little extras to make it even more warm and personalized. We also develop the garden by planting new varieties of plants and shrubs.
It is our Bordeaux pied-à-terre when it is not rented.
