INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

- the spacious and comfortable lounge with sofas, lamps, buffet, coffee table and lamps. There is a flat screen smart TV; and internet WiFi access. There is a pellet wood burner making it very cosy in winter months.
- an equally spacious kitchen/diner is newly renovated and extremely well equipped with a wooden table and 6 chairs; built in oven, microwave, fridge, freezer; electric hob; dishwasher; washing machine; coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
- through the veranda you access the downstairs toilet and washbasin, and also the washing machine

A staircase leads to the first floor where a small landing gives access to:
- a double bedroom, with an extra large double bed (180cm wide), large wardrobe, bedside table and lamps.
- a bedroom with a large double bed (160cm) and one single bed, wardrobe and lamps
- a separate toilet completes this floor

From the master bedroom, a staircase leads up to the second floor where you will find a family bathroom with bath, shower over, and vanity unit


EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION:

- the private pool of 5m x 4m is heated from May to September and has sun loungers and parasols ideal for relaxing afternoons
- a terrace with retractable blind offers shade from the midday sun, and is an ideal spot for an aperitif with its table and chairs
- the small garden has a lawned area and is completely fenced in for the safety of our younger guests (and our four legged friends!)
- Private parking for two cars
