Accommodation: Functional apartment with an equipped kitchen and open to the living room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet. The living room has a sofa bed (sleeping 140).A spacious terrace will allow you to take your meals outdoors, so you can fully enjoy a relaxing setting and a view of the park.The main room as well as the bedroom are equipped with a fan ceiling. The apartment is renovated and has free wifi access.A large parking lot is available for tenants, behind the residence. (Places not numbered). As part of your rental, you will have: - an aquatic area with 2 ponds and a water play area for young and old.The swimming pool is open from April to October, it is free for all our tenants on presentation of a bracelet that is given to you upon arrival. Watch out, floating shorts forbidden.- different sports fields: multisports field, basketball, tennis courts, petanque courts...- an outdoor fitness area for fitness or more physical work.In a few minutes' walk you can reach Place de la Martinique.
