It benefits from all the comfort to ensure you a stay dedicated to relaxation. On a contemporary garden of 400m2, it has a swimming pool (secured by an electric roller shutter), from 1m10 to 1m45. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals and includes an oven, microwave, coffee maker, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher. You can also use the barbecue. The spacious dining room can accommodate up to 8 guests. A flat-screen TV and reversible air conditioning are available. This villa in a very residential area also has 3 beautiful air-conditioned rooms (with double bed 160cm) and a cabin with 2 bunk beds (not air-conditioned), the upper bed being not suitable for children under 6 years (Article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995). It has many storage spaces. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs. Separate toilets are present on both levels. You will of course enjoy the beautiful garden, its swimming pool with its private terrace which is equipped with a garden furniture.Wash Linen is available in the house. Pets are not allowed in this house. In the heart of a privileged setting in a relaxing atmosphere, you will discover an ideal space for a successful holiday.
