In the heart of the Golf de Biscarrosse, in a green setting, discover the charm of this beautiful friendly villa with heated pool (open from May to September and heated from June to September) salt that can accommodate 12 people (6 adults and 6 children).
You will appreciate the quiet and residential area of this wood construction, with beautiful volumes and neat decoration, all in the immediate vicinity of the golf courses and the lake, as well as 5km from the ocean beaches.
This villa is composed of 4 bedrooms:
- 2 bedrooms with 160 beds with en suite bathrooms and toilets
- a 3rd bedroom with a double bed 160
- a dormitory for children with 2 bunk beds on three levels in 90 (6 children )
A third bathroom with bathtub completes this cozy sleeping area.
Each room has its closet with shelves and wardrobe.

A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, blender), open to a large main room with a dining area (its beautiful table that can accommodate 12 people) and a TV corner.

Outside, you can enjoy a large covered terrace, with a plancha, overlooking the salt pool (open from May to September and heated from June to September) quiet and not overlooked: it’s time for a nap -> set up sunbeds by the pool or in the shade of the trees!

On this beautiful wooded and fenced, a petanque court (provide petanque balls), a ping pong table (rackets and balls provided) and a sandbox are at your disposal for moments with family or friends ...

A cot with a small mattress and a high chair are at your disposal.

Finally, we welcome you from 16:00 .

Departures are before 10am to allow the concierge to prepare the house for the next tenants.
