We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Villarembert, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 39 m ² and being able to accomodate to 7 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 22 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a bathroom. Sheets included, we are waiting for you!

The flat is composed as follows:
- A 22 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) and a large wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above (sleeps 3)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A 5 m² balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The flat is ideally located in Villarembert, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Nearby:
- Voie Lactée chairlift at 1.1 km (13 minutes walk).
- Ski hire 500 metres away.
- The Grandes Alpes pass at about 23 km.
- The Opinel museum at 6.4 km.
- La Grave at 22 km.

Activities :
- There are many activities available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, tobogganing, dog sled rides, snowmobiling, snowshoeing...
- Other ski areas: La Toussuire, Les Bottières, St Jean Arves/St Sorlin Arves, St Colomban des Villards accessible by various ski lifts, from Le Corbier.
- Numerous ESF activities, welcome drink with music, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, visit to the farm, torchlight descent.
- The resort has been awarded the "Family Plus" label since 2006 with activities adapted to all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sled and scooter for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, discovery of the peaks on horseback, fishing, canyoning...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: free bus in winter which serves the whole resort and free tourist train in summer.
- Nearest train station: Saint-Jean-de-Maurienne station located 15 km away (25 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport 176 km away (2h10 by car).

Other remarks:
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the resort.
- Bed linen included. Towels not provided, available at extra cost.
- Entirely non-smoking accommodation.
- One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
