We propose to you to rent, in Nantes, this charming flat with wifi (optical fibre), of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 24 m², equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 24 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Two bedrooms with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower, WC

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the flat's garage and private car park.
