Renovated 2-bedroom apartment with sleeping alcove, 58m², sleeps 7, south-facing, on the 14th floor of the Lauzières du Charvet residence, at the foot of the slopes and close to shops. Features two balconies.

The apartment comprises:

Open-plan living/dining room with kitchen and TV
Master suite: one 160cm double bed, en-suite shower room, and TV
Sleeping alcove 1: two 80cm bunk beds
Sleeping alcove 2: two bunk beds and one 80cm pull-out bed, and TV
(Upper bunks are not suitable for children under 6).

The kitchen includes: conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, electric filter coffee maker, and washing machine.

Bathroom with toilet + separate second toilet

Bed linen and towels provided (except for short stays and during the summer)
End-of-stay cleaning is extra.
